Timberman Werebear is the third in the Saw Bears series. It is written in third person with a high amount of explicitly detailed sexual content and adult language throughout. A short to medium length book. While it is a standalone book it would be better if you read the other two books first. The other books are explained in a little detail, enough to grasp the concept of what has taken place, so you are not to lost if you just pick up this one first, but I highly recommend starting at the beginning.

I am going to start by saying I don’t much care for ‘second chance romance’ books. They get on my nerves as it often feels like you are missing something from the past. That said, this one is pretty good. Mr. Joyce has done a fair job detailing out the ‘past’ and explaining the feelings behind it. It was a stupid misunderstanding that left a lot of hurt feelings for years and so much baggage for Danielle and just plain confusion and so much hurt for Denison. I’m not like Danielle, I would have confronted Denison right then and there and had it out, so I had a hard time with the childlike running away behavior.

Denison is charming and funny towards everyone, mostly because he hides a lot of feelings underneath the carefree attitude. Danielle comes across as mad and bitter for most of the story… you can’t really blame her for her feelings to the misunderstanding as she just took on what she thought she knew and bailed and let it grow over the four years they were apart – again this might just be me having a hard time with this demeanor. In the end the love is there, and you feel the deep everlasting connection, but it seemed it was a long time coming and the most frustrating way two people could have reached the end.

The story is a happy ever after one. You know that they will show up in future books. Again, these stories are told in a way that doesn’t really date them… so they are easily read in one sitting and can be reread over and over.

The third book of the series is a reunion story that also brings in danger from Denison's past. Joyce does an excellent job of world building and character development, keeping me fully engaged til the last page and eagerly awaiting the next book. For pure enjoyment of the series, I recommend reading the series from the beginning.

Four years earlier, Danielle left suddenly, without a word. So when she shows up at his gig at a local bar and is cornered by Matt, a Grey Back, Denison steps in before he realizes who she is. "Badger" was given her nickname by the Ashe Crew because of her tenaciousness. But when she saw "Denny" with another woman just days before she was to leave for school, she ran. Now she's out of university and back for a job. Denny has no idea why she left, only that her leaving and refusing any contact since almost destroyed him. He's certain that whatever is driving her will send her running again, but then she pulls into the Asheland Mobil Park pulling an Airstream trailer and his world is once again turned upside down.
Danielle-human, Denison-saw bear-Brighton-his twin brother and then there is Matt Barnes.
She says she shouldn't have come back to this town,(Saratoga). She was in love and was hurt deeply, so she ran.
Denison is surprised when he sees her in the bar after 4 years.
Brighton sees her and writes ( he can't speak), please don't hurt him again!
So she is confused, she thought it was she who got hurt!
Matt (off and on friend) being usual pain in the butt makes move on Danielle.
And she takes off, just not as far. You see, has a job to do, is works finding diseases in forest/trees, the cause and solution to stop it.
And she has been hired to find what is causing the infestation that is killing Damone"s mountain. "he is a dragon"
Is Denison still in love? And how hurt and afraid is Danielle really? What will Brighton do to protect his twins heart?
And which brother will beat the snot out of Matt first?
Sooo the real story begins, hurt, deep seeded fear, anger, love, and forgiveness!

The third book in T.S. Joyce's Saw Bears series is Timberman Werebear and you know this chick did the one click and added it the day it was released! Let me tell y'all these fun loving werebears' adventures continue to keep me enthralled and excitedly waiting for the next book.

Denison "Denny" Beck and his twin brother Brighton share a sordid past. He is the easy going sexy twin while his brother never speaks and remains in the shadows. They both share a love of music and are loyal to their pack. Denny's heart was broken by the love of his life when she left without saying good bye. He never got over her and his bear pined after her for years.

Danielle Clayton left and never looked back when her relationship with Denny turned bad. She didn't wait to hear his side of the story because she never could understand why someone as handsome and perfect as Denny would want to have something to do with a bookworm like her. What could she offer him?

When Dani decides to return to Saratoga because of a job, she isn't ready to face the music or Denny for that fact. She once again leaves him hanging without waiting. When circumstances change and she needs his help as a guide for her work, she is forced to let bygones be bygones. But, she doesn't realize what the future will reveal and the secrets that Denny had kept from her!

T.S. Joyce is a remarkable and truly entertaining writer. Her alpha werebear shifters are perfect for a relaxing enjoyable evening! The combination of funny-strong male personalities and nurturing-steel-backboned females is a delight and welcomed addition to my library. I look forward to the next book. Can't wait to see what she has in store for Brighton.
